Will is the facilitator behind many research efforts at SAM. He brings a unique perspective and valuable audience insights thanks to a background in public affairs and public policy analysis while serving with the Texas Department of Agriculture and Public Utilities Commissioner. Will has a BA degree from Vanderbilt University and an MA in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, University of Texas at Austin.
