APRIL 29	Pipeline spills 150,000 gallons of crude oil on farm near Pleasant Hill IA, nearly reaching Des Moines River.
JUNE 10	Olympic pipeline spills 250,000 gallons of gasoline into creek in Bellingham WA, and fire and explosion kill three children.
