Hospice is a
special approach to providing home care to those in the final stages
of life. The program seeks to meet the needs of both patient and
family by providing physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
These needs are provided by a team comprised of RNs, home health
aides, a medical social worker, chaplains, volunteers, and occasionally
as needed, psychologists.
