Genius. A radio quiz show for kids,
reached over 185,000 teenagers with $30,000
in donated production and media time. Clients:

Attorney

Not the typical advertising for a law firm,
but geared toward public service. A follow-up
survey showed the perception of law firms not
only improved, but people also clearly recalled
the spots, and in some cases, took action to
improve community problems. This campaign also

Listening
Library.
Audiocassette tapes about physical and mental
health issues that the general public buys for
a nominal cost. Tapes also available for lending
at public libraries. The result: a 25% increase
in patient census over a 6-month period. Client:

one of seven health care marketers to serve
on a national policy committee on marketing
integrated delivery systems for the Alliance
for Healthcare Marketing.
- Commended
by the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education
and the Texas Governor's Office for our statewide
marketing campaign to promote and build community
involvement in the national School-to-Work Initiative.
Other states are seeking to purchase the campaign
for their use. Asked to present the campaign
at the National Governor's Conference in Atlanta.

the American Marketing
Association's "Marketer of the Year"
in 1994 for Central Texas. SAM was competing

for this honor and won because of excellence
in marketing plan skills as well as creative.
- Developed
and implemented a research and marketing plan
which included grassroots and legislative efforts
for the Texas Physical Therapy Association,
to help pass direct access through the Texas
Legislature. We all won.
- Winning
top national awards from the American Marketing
Association, Academy for Health Care Marketing,
American Advertising Federation, Clios, New
York Art Directors Show, American Catholic Health
Care Association, and American Physical Therapy
